Welcome to My Dentist Enterprises LTD. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided at our Nairobi and Mombasa branches. By accessing this website or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General Information
My Dentist Enterprises LTD is a registered dental practice under the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
- Nairobi Branch: Fatima Court, Argwings Kodhek Rd, Nairobi.
- Mombasa Branch: Moi Avenue, Mombasa, Jubilee Arcade 2nd Floor Room 28.
2. Appointment Management
- Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- Grace Period: We understand that Nairobi and Mombasa traffic can be unpredictable. We offer a 30-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to avoid inconveniencing other patients.
- No-Show Policy: While we do not currently charge a “No-Show” fee, repeated missed appointments may result in a requirement for full upfront payment for future bookings.
3. Financial Terms & Insurance
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Credit/Debit cards, Cash, and Bank Deposits.
- Upfront Deposits: Deposits are required for specific procedures. You will be notified of the required amount during your initial consultation or at the time of booking.
- Refund Policy: All payments for services rendered and deposits made are non-refundable.
- Insurance Providers: We accept a wide range of insurance covers, including but not limited to:
- Government/Corporate: SHA (Social Health Authority), Kenya Airways Insurance, KCB Insurance, Cooperative Bank Insurance.
- Private: MUA, Sedgwick, APA, UAP, CIC Group, Minet, Madison, Kenbright, Jubilee, Sanlam, GA Insurance, Liaison Group.
- Note: Patients are responsible for verifying their cover limits and required pre-authorization with their provider before treatment.
4. Data Privacy & Protection
In compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019):
- Data Collection: We collect personal identifiers (Name, Phone Number, Email) solely for the purpose of booking and communication.
- No Online Health Records: This website does not collect or store sensitive medical history or clinical health data. Such data is collected physically at our clinics under strict medical confidentiality.
- Data Storage: Your contact information is stored securely and is only accessible by authorized staff.

5. Medical Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, My Dentist Enterprises LTD and its directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website. Our liability is limited to the extent of the services provided within our clinical premises.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
